You have found the perfect mattress for you. Now you have to make a judicious choice of accessories, taking into account your needs. A little guide to the survival of the perfect sleeper ...
The down pillow obviously contains down which insulates without trapping heat. Your body is therefore able to regulate its temperature. Recommended for restless sleepers and for all sleeping positions except the side sleeper, as this type of pillow causes loss of head support.
The feather pillow is for people who like a little firmer support. It offers good head support and is therefore suitable for side sleepers, but beware, the feather is an allergenic material.
The memory foam pillow provides good support and does not lose its shape over time. Available in all firmness levels and in the jagged shape, it provides a breathable feel. Recommended for all types of sleepers and particularly those who are on the move.
1- In piece of memory foam, more malleable and recommended for all types of sleepers.
2- In bulk, from soft to firm, it offers excellent comfort to all sleepers.
3- Cervical, for those who suffer from neck and shoulder problems and for back and side sleepers.
The latex pillow combines support and comfort. This natural fiber produced by the rubber tree does not require any chemicals to be transformed into foam. It allows a constant flow of air throughout the night and does not compress much.
The smell of latex, however, can become bothersome. Recommended for all sleepers and people sensitive to temperature and chemicals. It comes in three levels of firmness and is suitable for all types of sleepers.
1- In pieces (or flakes) of latex.
2- In a block of latex.
The polyester pillow is the most common. It's washable, but the padding tends to sag. They are affordable, but have a short lifespan.
The gel pillow provides a great feeling of freshness. Recommended for sleepers who are very hot at night. It is offered in two options:
1- Thin layer of gel on the surface.
2- Entirely infused with gel.
The pillow protector is an essential for your bedding! No matter what you choose, this purchase is highly recommended to ensure the longevity of your pillow. Ask our experts which product to choose. In addition, it offers a multitude of protections:
The mattress protector should be at the top of your list. It protects against wear, dirt, airborne allergens, dust mites, bacteria. There is also a model with zippers.
And finally the sheets! You have so many choices: microfiber, linen, cotton, bamboo, flannel Let yourself be wrapped up and have a good night's sleep!

Development of cross-cultural competence is an area that can have a significant impact on performance improvement. The ability to interact effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment with people from different backgrounds is fast becoming a requirement for workplace success. Once only considered important for expatriates, the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, direct reports, managers, clients and other actors is no longer discretionary. The first step to improving cross-cultural competence is understanding our own feelings and point-of-view. How well do we work with people from different cultural backgrounds, with different perspectives? What do we know about non-verbal cues? How willing are we to try connecting emotionally with people who may have different values, practice different cultural norms? Awareness of our own challenges in these areas is the starting point for identifying opportunities for development
Understanding personal attributes and points of view. Participation in cross-cultural learning experiences enables individual employees to gain an understanding of different thinking, work styles and values, and the impact these variables have on performance. By better understanding contrasts and comparisons of different styles, individuals can better identify their own strengths and challenge areas, with a view toward taking steps to work more effectively in a variety of environments, across vast spectrums.
Building better relationships. Expanding one’s understanding of cultural differences can create awareness about how a person may be perceived by others, and how he/she views others based on the interactions they have. This provides the opportunity for behaviors and communication styles to be modified to improve individual and team interaction. The ability to be less committed to your own way of thinking and point of view creates a gateway to work with others toward a middle ground.
Enhanced organizational culture. Fostering an environment of cross-cultural tolerance, encouraging curiosity and understanding of others can create a more inclusive and supportive organizational culture.
There are many unique and creative ways to encourage cross-cultural curiosity and provide constructive opportunities for employees to learn more about themselves and others. If you would like to know more about designing a program to meet your organization’s needs to enhance cross-cultural awareness, please get in touch. We would love to talk with you!

Following some articles related to HDI PCBs we would like to describe the three related more common build-up structures.
HDI PCB types
The design designation system of this standard recognizes industry approved design types used in the manufacture of HDI printed boards. The designations determine the HDI design type by defining the number and location of HDI layers that may or may not be combined with a substrate.
Type I, Standard build-up for HDI
This construction describes an HDI in which there are both blind vias and through vias used for interconnection. Type I constructions describe the fabrication of a single blind via layer on either one or both sides of an PCB substrate core.
The PCB substrate is typically manufactured using conventional PCB techniques and laser via hole technology. The substrate can have as few as one circuit layer or may be as complex as any number of inner layers.
Type II, Sequential build-up 1+N+1
Tipe II is characterized by buried vias in the core and may have through vias through the outer layers. Type II constructions describe an HDI board in which there are plated microvias, plated buried vias and may have PTHs used for surface-to-surface interconnection.
Microvias on layer 1 and layer n grant the connection to conductors on layer 2 and layer n-1, making the connection with the core. Type II constructions can also have PTH to connect layer 1 directly to layer n.
Struttura Tipo III, build-up sequenziale X+N+X
Type III constructions describe an HDI in which there are plated microvias, paste/resin filled holes and through vias used for interconnection. Type III constructions are distinguished by having at least two microvia layers on at least one side of a substrate core. The substrate core is usually manufactured using conventional PCB techniques, may be rigid or flexible, and have as few as one or as many as any number of layers with buried vias.
Where space is minimal and if expressly requested, stacked vias - stacked blind holes - must be used - while where conditions allow it, staggered vias - non-overlapping blind holes on several levels - can be used. Staggered vias are less critical, so preferable, for manufacturing than stacked vias.
