Piston, positive displacement liquid and semi-liquid filling equipment design for bespoke needs and requirements. Servo driven equipment controlled via touch screen complete with full operator interface and fault diagnosis. Fully integrated capping machine either separate capping machinery or mounted around starwheel or over conveyors along with purpose built monoblock machines.
We specialize in building and supplying purpose built lines to meet specific needs. Automatic container handling, filling, capping, and or assembly complete labeling. All applications considered and supplied either in modular or monoblock configurations.
With our well established principles we supply hard shell two piece capsule filling equipment from hand filling systems via plates, semi-automatic and fully automatic machinery. All budgets and speeds are available along with all product types handling powders, liquids, beads and pellets.
Tabletting or compression machines ranging from single station eccentric press up to high speed fully automatic multi-station machines covering all production and research and development needs. The range covers single feed, double feed, single, double triple and multilayer options, as well as fixed and interchangeable turret machines. All types of tooling can be handled and offered. Automatic weight monitoring systems available to monitor adjust and remove data. Powder feeding systems also available.
Tablet Coating equipment covering R & D Scale up to large scale production machines. Tablet coating for sugar film and aqueous coating either full scale or laboratory sized equipment, side vented pans for efficient and cost saving running
Counting equipment offered for bench mounted units or within complete lines which include capping and labeling.
Capsule Filling from hand filling of hard shell capsule filling machinery/devices, semi-automatic and fully automatic, covering all output needs.
