MICROTEST EM1/FR Electromechanical Testing Machines, covering a wide range of load ranges for static or quasi-static testing, for all types of materials: metals, plastic, textiles, rubber, etc. Load ranges from 5 kN to 500 kN, both tensile and compression.On demand can also be built in higher or lower loads than those mentioned. In this system, the load is applied with a screw centered on the frame of the machine, which together with the columns of the machine, provide high rigidity.Unlike hydraulic type systems, the electromechanical system is characterized by:• High stability (fundamental to slow speeds or long-term tests).• Be able to keep the load on their specified values for long intervals, with error less than 0.5% of the applied load (in some models, for calibration applications or tests that require very high load stability we reach stabilities better than 10-4).• Minimal maintenance (no change needed oil, filters or gaskets).• Not require excessive space or facility hydraulic (which may involve reduction of space, noise, etc.).• No oil leak and require costly cooling elements and the subsequent maintenance
